Own end-to-end UX for Act, a module to build and manage climate transition plans. Simplify complex workflows, design actionable data visualizations, shape long-term product vision, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, domain experts, and customers. Drive AI-forward design practices and ship solutions that tie to business outcomes.

Lead customer onboarding and implementation of the Sweep platform, configure data and workflows, design workshops and trainings, coordinate stakeholders, provide sustainability advisory (carbon accounting/reporting), gather product feedback, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery while supporting partner implementations and ensuring smooth handovers to Customer Success.

Own and implement full-stack features end-to-end: database schema, backend services, GraphQL APIs and React/TypeScript UI. Drive reliability, performance, observability, security, CI/CD and integrations. Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, lead technical design, review code, and promote high-quality, well-tested, maintainable software in a collaborative engineering team.

Generate and qualify sales leads for the Nordics market by mapping accounts and personas, running outbound and multi-thread prospecting campaigns (cold calls prioritized), logging activity in Salesforce, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for Account Executives. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and improve conversion.

Act as Product Owner for revenue systems, running RevOps like a product. Lead Agile sprints, manage backlog, design scalable lead-to-cash processes, gather requirements for SFDC admins, run UAT, document SOPs in Notion, and champion AI tools to automate GTM workflows and improve sales, finance, and CS efficiency.

Lead Sweep's UK tech partner strategy and pipeline, build and activate partnerships (hyperscalers, platforms, data providers), drive partner-sourced revenue, coordinate cross-functional GTM and product integrations, run governance, and scale a repeatable partner channel to meet revenue targets.
