Lead the vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, and evaluation of Sweed’s Marketing products. Own complex initiatives from discovery through launch, work directly with customers, and balance business needs, technical constraints, and scalability. Mentor Product Owners, strengthen product practices, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and leadership. The role requires hands-on product leadership, strategic decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and accountability for measurable outcomes across marketing, loyalty, promotions, segmentation, and customer engagement capabilities.

Lead and coach the sales team, improve pipeline execution, forecasting, reporting, and sales processes, and establish consistent accountability. Partner with the CEO, RevOps, marketing, partnerships, enterprise sales, and customer success to drive customer acquisition and successful handoffs. Own sales planning, quota development, talent development, deal discipline, and team performance. Create user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and validated design solutions. Analyze user research and PostHog data, maintain the design system, provide developer handoffs, support implementation reviews, and collaborate with product, analytics, support, and engineering teams. The role also involves vibe-coding, responsive design, and improving both legacy experiences and new features.

Manage client onboarding data migrations and ETL implementations, transforming inventory, customer, catalog, and transaction data into Sweed’s platform. Own implementation tickets and projects, follow and improve SOPs and quality checks, troubleshoot integrations, communicate timelines, lead client meetings, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring teammates, handling emergencies, and ensuring accurate, compliant, repeatable launches.

The Implementation Manager will oversee end-to-end customer implementations in a regulated environment, ensuring timely go-lives and customer readiness while managing multiple concurrent projects.

As a Product Owner, you will lead product streams, define roadmaps, conduct market research, and collaborate across teams to align product development with business goals.

Full-cycle B2B Account Executive responsible for generating pipeline, running ROI-focused demos, negotiating and closing bundled SaaS contracts for cannabis dispensaries in an assigned territory. Manage CRM hygiene and forecasts in HubSpot, partner cross-functionally, capture customer feedback, and meet ARR and onboarding targets with 25-50% regional travel.
