Design, build, and productionize recommendation and personalization systems across the eCommerce platform. Work on candidate generation, retrieval, ranking, feature pipelines, experimentation (A/B tests), model serving/inference APIs, monitoring, and forecasting. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Platform, and Analytics to translate product needs into measurable ML solutions and shape architecture, tooling, and evaluation workflows.

Manage a portfolio of cannabis retail clients to drive account health, product adoption, renewals, and expansion. Proactively monitor usage and risk, run QBRs, execute save playbooks, coordinate cross-functionally, and meet KPIs tied to retention and net revenue.
