Processes accurate, timely multi-state payroll for assigned clients and shared employees across varied payroll schedules. Maintains payroll records, accounts, deductions, garnishments, new-hire documentation, W-4 and I-9 forms, and E-Verify records. Reconciles payroll data, resolves client questions and discrepancies, prepares payroll forms, and ensures compliance with applicable wage and overtime requirements. Manages multiple client payrolls while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Develops and executes branding, social media, public relations, and marketing communications for PEO products and services. Sell PEO services by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing executive-level client relationships for retention and profitability, supporting product/marketing, representing the company at industry events, and traveling locally or nationally.

Drive new business and revenue for the EFunds for Schools product across the West Coast: develop and execute sales plans, build district relationships, meet targets, analyze performance, and coordinate with internal teams while exploring community-based growth.

Generate new sales through cold calling and networking, qualify prospects, pursue RFP opportunities, manage assigned accounts for profitability and retention, negotiate pricing and contracts, support product and marketing, represent the company at industry conferences, and stay current on industry changes.
