Lead advanced pricing and revenue analysis for SaaS and card processing, build pricing models and forecasts, advise on interchange and compliance, deliver executive reports, recommend pricing for high-value clients, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive margin optimization and reporting improvements.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment and insurance recommendations to individuals and businesses. Develop client financial profiles, recommend suitable products, grow and manage a book of business through referrals and centers of influence, coordinate with other advisors, maintain client files, and submit sales documentation to back office.

Serve as primary PEO payroll representative for assigned clients, processing multi-state payrolls on various schedules. Maintain and reconcile payroll records, enter payroll data, compute wages/deductions, process garnishments, and manage W-4/I-9/E-Verify. Interact with clients to resolve payroll issues and ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

Perform month-end close and journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare financial and management reports, manage vendor and 1099 processes, support audits, collaborate with Corporate Finance and AP, and lead accounting process improvements.

Administer and support compensation programs, conduct job analysis and market benchmarking, evaluate positions for FLSA and compliance, manage compensation survey participation, provide salary and pay grade recommendations, maintain Workday data integrity, and advise management on compensation strategy and legislative changes.

Lead an IAM team to manage enterprise authentication, authorization, and accounting controls. Oversee provisioning, role-based access, audits, and access reviews; support incident response, SSO, and DR/BC processes while ensuring least privilege and policy compliance.

Senior leader responsible for defining and executing sales, partnerships, and market development strategy for SWIVEL. Leads cross-functional teams, conducts market and competitive analysis, drives transformational initiatives, mentors staff, and partners with product, engineering, and sales to remove roadblocks and improve processes and integrations.

Lead technical design and delivery of enterprise AI/ML solutions (Clara), develop and deploy models on AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, run experiments in Hex and MLflow, ensure governance and Responsible AI, mentor data science team, and align models with business outcomes.

Advise individuals and businesses on comprehensive financial plans, recommend investments and insurance, coordinate with clients' other advisors, grow a book of business via referrals and centers of influence, maintain client records, and submit sales documentation for processing.

Serve as primary HR contact for assigned client groups: counsel employees and managers on policies and employment law, investigate and resolve employee relations issues, support recruitment and onboarding, administer performance and recognition programs, and help improve HR policies and processes.

Provide high-confidentiality administrative support to EVP/SVP leadership: manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, client visits, communications, presentations, cross-functional coordination, process improvements, and special projects.

Design, develop, and deploy ML models and analytical solutions (forecasting, segmentation, classification, anomaly detection). Prototype in Hex, use Snowflake data, manage experiments with MLflow and SageMaker, contribute to SWBC Intelligence and Clara, apply Responsible AI, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
