Create print, digital, video, and animation assets following brand guidelines. Develop eblasts and landing pages using HTML/CSS. Collaborate with marketing, vendors, and project managers to produce brochures, ads, social campaigns, multimedia presentations, and support production and training.

Manage and maintain SWBC's web presence and digital assets, administer marketing automation and CRM interactions, execute paid advertising and SEO, support email marketing and campaign reporting, collaborate with analytics and social teams to drive traffic and identify Marketing Qualified Leads, and perform daily digital maintenance tasks.

Analyze financial performance and variances, prepare budget vs. actual reporting, lead budgeting and strategic planning, model forecasting, track capitalized labor for software depreciation, recommend operational improvements, and support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis.

Manage end-to-end project planning, tracking, and execution; coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare status reports and materials, document requirements and workflows, monitor risks, escalate issues, and support process improvement to deliver projects on time and with quality.

Lead design, build, deploy, and maintain Workday inbound/outbound integrations and reports (Studio, EIB, BIRT). Troubleshoot, perform mappings/transformations (XML/XSLT), support system updates, create integration documentation, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors.

Generate new sales through cold calling and networking, qualify prospects, pursue RFP opportunities, manage assigned accounts for profitability and retention, negotiate pricing and contracts, support product and marketing, represent the company at industry conferences, and stay current on industry changes.

Perform inline quality control for escrow loan insurance updates and payments: review reports, research discrepancies, make outbound calls, update AS400/FiServ/WebServices/LPS databases, process insurance disbursements, and maintain task follow-up and accuracy.
