Support internal and external communications through content creation, social media, PR, and employee engagement. Write and edit articles, announcements, email campaigns, press materials, and video scripts; manage digital channels and editorial calendars; assist campaigns, sponsorships, awards, media relations, and project coordination.

Coordinate and administer employee benefit plans including carrier negotiation, pricing analysis, proposals, enrollments, on-site meetings, client consultations, contract reviews, claims assistance, and support for marketing and the Marketing Representative.

Lead advanced pricing and revenue analysis for SaaS and card processing, build pricing models and forecasts, advise on interchange and compliance, deliver executive reports, recommend pricing for high-value clients, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive margin optimization and reporting improvements.
