Lead advanced pricing and revenue analysis for SaaS and card processing, build pricing models and forecasts, advise on interchange and compliance, deliver executive reports, recommend pricing for high-value clients, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive margin optimization and reporting improvements.

Manage end-to-end project planning, tracking, and execution; coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare status reports and materials, document requirements and workflows, monitor risks, escalate issues, and support process improvement to deliver projects on time and with quality.

Serve as primary customer contact for schools/districts, lead onboarding and implementation, drive product adoption and operational excellence, monitor health to prevent churn, identify growth opportunities, and advocate customer needs internally.
