Enter, verify, research, review, and update insurance and escrow data in company systems; make insurance payments; call agencies to clarify information; research and correct system matches; perform data processing and customer-service tasks to maintain accurate loan records.

Produces, validates, reconciles, and distributes operational and client reports, invoice detail packages, and collections letter campaign output. Investigates data discrepancies, monitors service-level and productivity metrics, documents corrective actions, and supports compliance, audit readiness, and production controls. Collaborates with Collections leadership, IT, and Dialer Administration while maintaining report specifications, procedures, and distribution processes.

Manage customer relationships for a SaaS solution, drive adoption and retention, monitor customer health, deliver data-driven business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, support onboarding, create scalable processes, and mentor junior team members to ensure long-term customer success.
