Support HR Operations and Talent Acquisition with staffing and onboarding tasks, assist on assigned projects, communicate with stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and perform office-based duties including occasional local travel.

Enter, verify, research, review, and update insurance and escrow data in company systems; make insurance payments; call agencies to clarify information; research and correct system matches; perform data processing and customer-service tasks to maintain accurate loan records.

Process and document auto-related insurance claims (including CPI and GAP), set up claims in the claims system, assign adjusters/vendors, handle correspondence and phone inquiries, upload imaging, reconcile reserves and produce weekly reports, maintain trackers, and perform related administrative tasks to support claims operations.
