Administers and configures enterprise Windows Server systems, monitors uptime and performance, troubleshoots incidents, and provides Tier II support. Manages VMware vSphere, server hardware, Web services, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, updates, reboots, and backups. Performs root cause analysis, change management, documentation, user support, and staff training. Participates in an after-hours on-call rotation and provides local travel as needed.

Performs quality control and data processing for insurance updates, escrow disbursements, and loan accounts. Reviews reports, researches discrepancies, verifies coverage and payment information, contacts insurance agencies and clients, processes escrow payments, updates multiple databases, and resolves task and exception requests. The role requires accurate high-volume data entry, strong analytical and organizational skills, customer service, and knowledge of mortgage escrow or homeowners insurance.

Leads operational excellence programs, internal tooling roadmaps, automation, process improvements, and technical solutions for operations teams. Coordinates engineering teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers; manages requirements, governance, risks, metrics, executive communications, and operational readiness. Drives cross-functional initiatives, feature launches, accountability, and continuous improvement while operating independently in ambiguous environments.
