Lead the creation of Swarmer’s financial reporting and analysis function. Own management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance reviews across multiple entities. Partner with department leaders and executives to connect financial results with operating drivers and decisions. Support SEC reporting, MD&A, investor materials, SOX-aligned controls, and reconciliation to the general ledger. Build and operate the company’s corporate cybersecurity program, including SIEM/SOAR detection and response, endpoint protection, MDM, identity and Zero Trust controls, vulnerability management, cloud and SaaS security, incident investigation, infrastructure reviews, documentation, and audit support.

Own and improve computer vision and machine learning pipelines for drone autonomy and perception. Build end-to-end data systems covering flight and simulation data ingestion, storage, labeling, dataset versioning, training, and evaluation. Deploy models under noisy-sensor, limited-compute, and edge constraints, collaborate with robotics engineers, and develop tooling that accelerates experimentation and model delivery.

Lead end-to-end product design for autonomous drone command-and-control software, covering mission planning, simulation, execution, monitoring, and review. Establish the design function, systems, standards, and workflows while personally creating prototypes and working interfaces. Conduct operator research, design high-stakes workflows, apply generative AI tools, collaborate with engineering and field teams, and validate implementation quality.

Lead and scale the integration function, managing vendor and customer integrations of Swarmer software onto aerial, ground, and maritime platforms. Build and lead integration teams, establish repeatable workflows, own documentation standards (Jira, playbooks), and act as primary technical contact for hardware vendors while driving R&D for new platform integrations.

Lead and scale engineering across cloud, onboard software, autonomy, QA, hardware integration, and field ops. Own technical strategy, architecture, release pipelines, incident response, technical debt, and ensure roadmap-aligned, safety-sensitive system delivery while managing and growing engineering leadership.
