Teams at Swarmer

Lead the creation of Swarmer’s financial reporting and analysis function. Own management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance reviews across multiple entities. Partner with department leaders and executives to connect financial results with operating drivers and decisions. Support SEC reporting, MD&A, investor materials, SOX-aligned controls, and reconciliation to the general ledger. Build scalable reporting processes and infrastructure using NetSuite and related finance tools.

Drive end-to-end sales, manage client and partner relationships, represent the company at defense events, prepare proposals and pitch materials, coordinate deployments with engineering and product teams, maintain CRM records, and report commercial performance. The role supports growth in the defense technology sector and requires strong communication, organization, technical learning ability, and relationship-building skills.

Manages daily operations for a 50+ person Lviv office, including supplies, facilities, access, vendors, catering, budgets, petty cash, utilities, events, office culture, and administrative support. Partners with HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Security to maintain a safe, organized, welcoming workplace.
