Manage end-to-end delivery and operational readiness for Flight and Lab teams. Coordinate R&D flight planning, schedules, stakeholders, equipment manufacturing, retrofitting, procurement, supply chains, ground infrastructure, risks, and executive reporting. Ensure drones and related assets are ready for field testing and mission deployment while bridging engineering, hardware manufacturing, and real-world operational requirements in a high-uncertainty defense environment.

Prepare UAVs for deployment by inspecting assemblies, integrating electronic components, flashing and configuring firmware, conducting bench tests and test flights, verifying ground-control connectivity, diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and maintaining technical documentation. The role requires hands-on soldering, UAV systems knowledge, Linux terminal skills, and familiarity with major flight-control and ground-station tools.

Proactively source technical candidates (especially for embedded and integration roles) across Ukraine and EU/US markets, partner with recruiters on sourcing strategy, pilot AI-driven sourcing tools, craft tailored outreach, screen candidates, analyze pipeline metrics, maintain ATS data, and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects.
