Build and manage European defence, public-sector, and institutional opportunity pipelines. Identify tenders and procurement opportunities, qualify bids, lead capture planning, develop win strategies, coordinate proposal submissions, and collaborate with product, legal, finance, and leadership teams. The role requires strong defence market knowledge, public procurement experience, stakeholder management, sales funnel discipline, and excellent English writing skills.

Build and operate the company’s corporate cybersecurity program, including SIEM/SOAR detection and response, endpoint protection, MDM, identity and Zero Trust controls, vulnerability management, cloud and SaaS security, incident investigation, infrastructure reviews, documentation, and audit support.

Designs and integrates drone hardware, embedded systems, flight controllers, companion computers, and autonomy software. Responsibilities include hardware architecture, prototyping, testing, manufacturing support, vendor coordination, system integration, technical documentation, quality assurance, and architectural planning. Requires expert embedded development, UAV technology, networking, Linux, scripting, Docker, Python, databases, and system-level troubleshooting skills.
