Lead and scale engineering across cloud, onboard software, autonomy, QA, hardware integration, and field ops. Own technical strategy, architecture, release pipelines, incident response, technical debt, and ensure roadmap-aligned, safety-sensitive system delivery while managing and growing engineering leadership.

Hands-on role securing corporate IT: harden endpoints and servers, deploy/manage EDR/MDM, administer network and identity controls, run vulnerability management and incident response, monitor SIEM/SOC, and document controls and runbooks.

Proactively source technical candidates (especially for embedded and integration roles) across Ukraine and EU/US markets, partner with recruiters on sourcing strategy, pilot AI-driven sourcing tools, craft tailored outreach, screen candidates, analyze pipeline metrics, maintain ATS data, and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects.
