Lead group-level controlling for an international, project-driven business: prepare and improve management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analyses; advise management; implement group controlling standards, risk/opportunity management, and SAP/finance transformation projects; identify automation and process improvements; harmonize controlling tools and processes across global teams.

Serve as central contact for subsidiaries, design and maintain transfer pricing models and documentation, ensure compliance (CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two), support tax reporting, calculate current and deferred taxes, assist audits and M&A tax guidance, and drive process improvement and digitalization within the global tax function.

Lead and develop the ITS Finance team, own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance (IFRS/local GAAP). Provide strategic financial insights to the Executive Board, drive capital allocation, risk management, M&A evaluation, ESG reporting, process automation and finance digitalization.

Lead and co-manage international tax and transfer pricing for the ITS Division. Design and document global transfer pricing, ensure compliance (CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two), support tax reporting, calculate current/deferred taxes, assist audits and transactions, and drive tax process digitalization and controls.

Provide legal advice and risk assessments for ITS Division projects worldwide; draft, review, and negotiate international contracts; handle public procurement and IP/software license matters; manage court and regulatory proceedings and coordinate external counsel.

Lead regional engineering for UK, Ireland and expanding Middle East operations. Define and deliver engineering strategy, modernise ITS and EV charging infrastructure, drive Agile transformation, embed governance and KPIs, oversee hardware/software/systems/product development, ensure compliance and cybersecurity, support bids and business development, manage budgets and resource planning, and develop engineering talent and succession plans.

Lead commercial growth for EV charging and smart infrastructure across the UK. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy, manage pipelines and large contracts, build strategic partnerships, mentor a high-performing team, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with delivery teams to meet revenue, profitability, and market-share targets.

Manage receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of materials, maintain stock levels, ensure equipment calibration and safety compliance, provide materials reporting and support quality and H&S standards.

Develop and maintain Linux-based traffic light controller software, design and enhance applications, co-develop Python tools, implement and test C++ (and possibly Go) solutions, follow agile practices, interpret customer requirements, and uphold quality and security standards.

Maintain, fault-find, commission and support traffic signals, signs and ITS equipment. Perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose electrical and communications faults, complete documentation, meet contractual SLAs, participate in on-call rota, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for the MyCity cloud-native microservices platform. Define standards, create technical roadmaps and designs, ensure scalability and reliability, guide engineering teams, review solutions, mentor developers, and drive best practices for integration, deployment, and operation of distributed systems.
