Manage intelligent transport systems and infrastructure projects from planning and mobilisation through completion and handover. Leads the SWARCO ITS finance organization, overseeing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax, controls, audits, risk management, investment evaluation, and compliance. Partners with the CFO and Executive Board to provide strategic financial insights, optimize capital allocation and profitability, improve cash flow, and drive finance process automation, data quality, business intelligence, ESG reporting, and digitalization. Manages and develops the finance team while supporting international business growth and governance.

Maintain, service, repair, and troubleshoot EV charging infrastructure at customer sites. Diagnose hardware, software, electrical, and network faults; replace components; manage van stock and replacement parts; complete service documentation; and provide professional technical support. The role requires independent field work, occasional travel, participation in a 1-in-5 on-call rota, and safe electrical testing while maintaining customer-site uptime and compliance.

Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering operations. Maintain ISO systems, ensure CE/UKCA compliance, run audits, drive CAPA and root-cause investigations, support NPI, develop inspection plans/FMEAs, manage non-conformances, and work with suppliers to improve quality using Lean, Six Sigma and 5S.

Administer Microsoft Entra ID and authentication; manage and support Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Teams Phone; develop security and compliance policies; act as liaison with business units and partners; implement Microsoft 365 projects; automate processes using Azure Automation, Power Platform and Copilot; create group-wide IT dashboards and reporting.

Provide day-to-day administration and support for EV charging network back-office systems, coordinate commissioning of charge points, maintain accurate customer and asset records, support invoicing and SLA reporting, act as a customer and stakeholder contact, and drive continuous improvement across operational processes.

Lead and co-manage global tax and transfer pricing for the ITS Division. Serve as central contact for subsidiaries, design and maintain transfer pricing models and documentation, ensure compliance with international tax rules (CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two), support tax reporting, audits, M&A tax guidance, and drive process improvement and digitalization in collaboration with Finance teams.

Own and prioritize product backlog, define epics and user stories, run refinement and sprint planning, align stakeholders, plan releases, work with QA on test scenarios, incorporate user feedback, and provide transparent updates to management while co-leading the team.
