The role advises management, coordinates global stakeholders, and drives improvements in controlling data quality, tools, policies, and operational processes.

Install, maintain, fault-find, and commission traffic signals, signs, and intelligent transport systems. Provide technical guidance to engineers and trainees, complete planned and reactive maintenance, respond to faults, maintain documentation, and participate in standby and call-out duties while meeting safety and quality standards.

Manage intelligent transport and infrastructure projects across Scotland from planning and mobilisation through completion and handover. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, risks and resources; coordinating internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors; managing change, variations, payments and stakeholder communications; ensuring safety, quality and contractual compliance; monitoring performance and resolving delivery issues. Regional travel, occasional overnight stays, and occasional night or weekend work may be required.

Manage receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of materials, maintain stock levels, ensure equipment calibration and safety compliance, provide materials reporting and support quality and H&S standards.

Lead and co-manage international tax matters for the ITS Division, focusing on transfer pricing, global tax compliance (CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two), intercompany agreements, tax reporting and controls, current/deferred tax calculations, audit support, M&A tax guidance, and tax process digitalization.

Lead the ITS Group Accounting team, oversee monthly reporting and intercompany reconciliation, prepare IFRS consolidated financial statements, develop consolidation processes and SAP accounting systems, maintain group accounting policies, support subsidiaries, and contribute to acquisition integration and transformation projects.

Own and prioritize product backlog, define epics and user stories, run refinement and sprint planning, align stakeholders, plan releases, work with QA on test scenarios, incorporate user feedback, and provide transparent updates to management while co-leading the team.
