Lead and co-manage international tax matters for the ITS Division, focusing on transfer pricing, global tax compliance (CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two), intercompany agreements, tax reporting and controls, current/deferred tax calculations, audit support, M&A tax guidance, and tax process digitalization.

Lead and develop the ITS finance team; drive financial strategy, planning, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and compliance (IFRS/local GAAP). Provide board-level financial insights, optimize cash/capital allocation, evaluate investments and M&A, support ESG reporting, and drive automation and BI improvements.

Develop and maintain Linux-based traffic light controller software, design and enhance applications, co-develop Python tools, implement and test C++ (and possibly Go) solutions, follow agile practices, interpret customer requirements, and uphold quality and security standards.

Manage receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of materials, maintain stock levels, ensure equipment calibration and safety compliance, provide materials reporting and support quality and H&S standards.

Lead and manage the ITS Group Accounting team; coordinate and quality-assure monthly subsidiary reporting and intercompany reconciliations; prepare and review IFRS consolidated financial statements; design group accounting processes, policies, and chart of accounts in SAP; support IT/technical accounting; participate in integrations and transformation projects.

Lead technology strategy and delivery for EV systems: manage software engineering team, drive Ampeco migration, define architecture and governance, secure and scale AWS cloud platforms, implement CI/automated testing, oversee OCPP/CPMS/API integrations, and enable AI-driven insights while aligning technology to business goals.

Maintain, fault-find, commission and support traffic signals, signs and ITS equipment. Perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose electrical and communications faults, complete documentation, meet contractual SLAs, participate in on-call rota, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering operations. Maintain ISO systems, ensure CE/UKCA compliance, run audits, drive CAPA and root-cause investigations, support NPI, develop inspection plans/FMEAs, manage non-conformances, and work with suppliers to improve quality using Lean, Six Sigma and 5S.

Lead and co-manage international tax and transfer pricing across the ITS Group. Act as central transfer pricing contact, design and maintain global TP models and documentation, ensure compliance (CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two), support tax reporting, calculate current/deferred taxes, assist audits and M&A, and drive tax process improvement and digitalization.

Lead group-level controlling for an international, project-driven business: prepare and improve management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analyses; advise management; implement group controlling standards, risk/opportunity management, and SAP/finance transformation projects; identify automation and process improvements; harmonize controlling tools and processes across global teams.

Own and prioritize product backlog, define epics and user stories, run refinement and sprint planning, align stakeholders, plan releases, work with QA on test scenarios, incorporate user feedback, and provide transparent updates to management while co-leading the team.

Lead group-level controlling for an international, production-oriented business: deliver and improve management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analyses; advise management; drive SAP FI/CO and reporting harmonization; support SAP rollouts and transformation projects; standardize controlling processes and enable reporting automation.
