Leads the SWARCO ITS finance organization, overseeing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, taxation, risk management, governance, audits, and capital allocation. Advises senior leadership with financial insights, develops finance teams, improves profitability and cash flow, and drives process automation, data quality, business intelligence transparency, ESG reporting, and digitalization across the finance function.

Manage international tax matters across the ITS Group, with primary responsibility for global transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, tax reporting, compliance, and documentation. Ensure adherence to CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two, withholding tax, and registration requirements. Calculate current and deferred taxes, support audits and corporate transactions, improve tax processes and controls, and advise international stakeholders while partnering with finance leadership and subsidiaries.

Administers Microsoft 365 identity, authentication, collaboration, communication, automation, security, and compliance solutions. Supports Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Teams Phone; coordinates with business departments and external partners; delivers Microsoft 365 projects; identifies automation opportunities; and creates group-wide IT dashboards and reporting solutions.
