Provides HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and HR operations. Advises managers and employees, leads probation, absence, family leave, and flexible-working matters, supports HR cycles, maintains records, and improves People processes through data, technology, AI, and automation across multiple jurisdictions.

Leads technical support across products and regions, owning complex escalations, technical readiness, incident prioritization, and resolution quality. Supports day-to-day billing operations, including customer onboarding, billing setup, Direct Debit mandates, termination fees, invoice reviews, shipping billing calculations, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and billing record maintenance. The role also contributes to billing tool implementation, automation, AI-enabled workflows, Credit Control support, process improvements, and data quality initiatives.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and implement scalable software solutions, collaborate with teams, and oversee codebase integrity.

Lead multiple product offerings across Swap's commerce platform; define agentic-first product vision, prioritize engineering investment, set and deliver on metrics, launch and scale B2B2C products, translate customer pains into monetizable solutions, and build cross-functional relationships to drive business results.

Build and scale dbt projects and CI/CD, design performant data models, enforce data quality/PII governance, partner with commercial and product teams, and enable BI self-service via Lightdash to power internal and customer-facing analytics.
