Teams at Swansea Council

Produces workforce statistics, reports, and management information; maintains Oracle Fusion workforce systems, positions, hierarchies, and security roles; resolves complex data queries; supports Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests; advises system users; and improves workforce data quality and governance.

Leads a 24/7 Neighbourhood Support Unit for Swansea Council’s Housing Service, managing staff and tenant support, reassurance, antisocial behaviour responses, neighbourhood management, safeguarding, and legal compliance. Works with housing offices and external partners, supports service improvement, and coordinates the effective operation and governance of housing CCTV, remote concierge, and lone worker systems.

Supports council leaseholders by managing enquiries, major works consultations, service charge accounts, leasehold records, reports, policies, complaints, and stakeholder relationships. Provides guidance on lease terms and obligations while ensuring statutory compliance, data accuracy, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across Swansea Council’s leasehold services.
