Provide technical support and application development for quantum optics and single-photon counting customers, acting as a Mandarin-speaking bridge with the Shanghai team. Develop examples and scripts, become expert in Time Tagger software and API, contribute to research, application notes and pilot projects, represent the company at conferences, and travel regularly to China for customer visits and collaboration.

Engage researchers to understand their needs, demonstrate photonics solutions, drive inbound/outbound technical sales, build deep customer relationships, manage multiple projects, and accelerate commercial adoption of scientific instrumentation.

Drive outbound and inbound lead generation, qualify prospects, and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Engage technically with prospects, build relationships, and expand market reach for photonics test & measurement products. Collaborate with engineers and application scientists to convert leads and accelerate adoption.
