Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets, develop and deploy predictive models, create dashboards and visualizations, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality, automate pipelines, and monitor model performance to drive business and sustainability decisions.

Serve as tactical HR partner to plant leadership supporting employee/labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance with labor laws and CBAs, HR metrics analysis, engagement programs, and HR-driven organizational changes for Pine Bluff and a small converting facility.

Support supply chain operations through data analysis, inventory monitoring, reporting, and process improvements. Prepare reports and dashboards, maintain SAP data accuracy, assist forecasting and inventory planning, participate in audits and cross-functional projects, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize material flow and KPIs.

Lead and optimize the site Quality Management System, drive quality performance and COPQ reduction, lead root-cause investigations, mentor quality engineers, implement SPC and statistical analyses using SAP/Excel, and support audits, customer complaints, NPI, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Provide on-site technical support and field service to customers across North America, troubleshoot product issues, liaise with internal teams, drive complaint reduction, deliver training, and maintain detailed service records to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead technical process ownership and continuous improvement for Evaporator & Recovery systems (recovery/power boilers, steam turbines, evaporators, water treatment). Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations; troubleshoot, optimize performance, support capital projects, mentor staff, and drive KPI-based improvements across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Partner with leaders to deliver HR strategy for industrial operations: support workforce planning, performance, succession, training, labor relations, metrics, change management, and onsite operational HR execution.

Support paper mill operations by driving process optimization, running production trials, analyzing process data, recommending improvements, collaborating with vendors and operations, and developing data dashboards to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
