Supports industrial operations as a strategic HR partner, advising leaders and employees, managing HR metrics and budgets, facilitating performance and development programs, supporting workforce planning, succession, engagement, change and conflict management, and coordinating with HR centers of excellence. The role requires on-site partnership at a manufacturing mill, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and understanding of industrial workforce challenges.

Manage procurement strategies, purchasing, storeroom operations, inventory, general shutdowns, CapEx, MRO, raw materials, services, obsolete assets, and waste sales. Lead sourcing, cost reduction, supplier and internal-customer relationships, SAP-enabled process improvements, budgeting, KPI performance, compliance, and team development. The role requires hands-on leadership in an industrial production environment and responsibility for timely, economical material and service supply.

Summer interns will support operational strategies, process improvement projects, digitization efforts, and cross-functional initiatives across departments at Suzano’s Pine Bluff plant. Responsibilities include administrative and technical tasks, problem solving, prioritization, collaboration, and adapting to changing business needs. The 12-week program offers exposure to areas including HR, finance, procurement, IT, engineering, production, safety, quality, and environmental operations.

Leads logistics and finished-goods operations across warehousing, rail and truck transportation, shipping, freight, and third-party logistics. Manages logistics teams, providers, costs, service levels, OTIF performance, customer claims, and operational KPIs. Partners with production, procurement, and customer service to improve efficiency and reliability. Drives transformation, safety, succession planning, talent development, and continuous improvement across the logistics organization.

Provide on-site technical support and field service to customers across North America, troubleshoot product issues, liaise with internal teams, drive complaint reduction, deliver training, and maintain detailed service records to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
