Supervise extrusion operators and technicians while ensuring safety, quality, environmental, production, and efficiency standards. Monitor KPIs and schedules, resolve operational issues, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinate resin inventory, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams. The role also promotes continuous improvement, equipment reliability, employee development, and positive team engagement in a manufacturing environment.

Provide on-site technical support and field service to customers across North America, troubleshoot product issues, liaise with internal teams, drive complaint reduction, deliver training, and maintain detailed service records to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead technical process ownership and continuous improvement for Evaporator & Recovery systems (recovery/power boilers, steam turbines, evaporators, water treatment). Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations; troubleshoot, optimize performance, support capital projects, mentor staff, and drive KPI-based improvements across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
