Provide safe, clean, and attentive care for boarding and daycare animals. Monitor play yards, walk and interact with dogs and cats, maintain facility cleanliness, perform check-ins/check-outs, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting veterinary staff.

Provide front-desk and phone customer service for clients and their pets: schedule appointments, admit patients, educate clients, support doctors and staff, maintain professionalism, and assist with boarding and other clinic duties.

Kennel Assistants monitor dogs, maintain a clean environment, provide customer service, and support animal behavior management. Requires strong communication and organizational skills.

The Client Services Representative will manage incoming calls, handle transactions, address customer needs, and maintain client relations in a veterinary setting.

Provide daily care, supervision, and enrichment for boarding dogs and cats; maintain clean, safe kennels; monitor behavior, record keeping, check-ins/outs, and deliver customer service during drop-off and pickup. Frequent walking and heavy lifting required; must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
