The Client Services Representative will manage incoming calls, handle transactions, address customer needs, and maintain client relations in a veterinary setting.

Provide front-desk client service at an AAHA-accredited veterinary clinic: greet clients, check patients in/out, schedule appointments, manage high call volume, process payments, resolve client issues, maintain clinic flow, and use practice management software.
