Provide daily care and supervision of boarding animals, including feeding, exercising, cleaning, monitoring health, bathing/grooming assistance, administering medications under veterinary direction, and delivering customer service during pet drop-off and pick-up.

Provide front-desk client service at a veterinary clinic: greet clients, check patients in/out, schedule appointments, manage clinic flow, assist with euthanasia paperwork and payments, handle administrative tasks (texts, emails, records), support emergency triage, and maintain strong communication and teamwork.

The Client Services Representative will manage incoming calls, handle transactions, address customer needs, and maintain client relations in a veterinary setting.
