The Controller will lead accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, month-end close, GAAP-compliant reporting, audits, tax and regulatory compliance, budget-versus-actuals analysis, internal controls, and financial systems optimization. The role partners with leadership, supports board and investor reporting, builds scalable processes, and develops the accounting team in a high-growth startup environment.

Leads and scales the BDR function, managing coaching, pipeline reviews, hiring, ramp plans, outbound sequencing, messaging, and performance accountability. Builds the outbound playbook and operating system across HubSpot, Nooks, dialing, intent, and call intelligence tools. Partners with AEs, marketing, growth, and RevOps to generate campaign-driven pipeline aligned to ICP and target accounts. Requires B2B SaaS experience, prior BDR/SDR team management, function-building expertise, and regular travel to Austin and market events.

Own enterprise B2B SaaS sales from prospecting through close and expansion across manufacturing accounts. Build ROI-based business cases, manage long-cycle multi-threaded deals, navigate procurement and buying committees, and expand into additional divisions and functions. Partner with BDR and sales engineering teams, maintain named-account strategies, and provide market intelligence to product, marketing, and leadership.

Leads hands-on QA automation for UI and API testing, driving migration from manual coverage to a comprehensive Playwright suite integrated with CI/CD. Performs exploratory testing, establishes quality metrics and QA standards, mentors two QA engineers, and supports daily releases. Also evaluates GenAI and LLM-powered features through evaluation harnesses, ground-truth datasets, and scoring methods.

Own product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, backlog, user stories, launches, and iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams, gather customer insights, use data to prioritize, and deliver product outcomes. Senior PMs lead domains (e.g., federal/defense) and strategy.
