Serve as the first Sales Engineer, owning technical discovery, custom demos, proof processes, workshops, and IT stakeholder conversations throughout complex B2B sales. Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery, AEs, and Marketing to demonstrate customer workflows, assess ERP integrations, influence product roadmap, and build the sales engineering function and playbook.

The Controller will lead accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, month-end close, GAAP-compliant reporting, audits, tax and regulatory compliance, budget-versus-actuals analysis, internal controls, and financial systems optimization. The role partners with leadership, supports board and investor reporting, builds scalable processes, and develops the accounting team in a high-growth startup environment.
