Provide acute adult urological care, perform surgeries and procedures with OR block time, collaborate with urologists and APPs across hospital and outpatient sites in the Quad Cities region, and maintain clinic and hospital responsibilities with a predictable schedule (14–16 working days/month).

Provide full-scope orthopedic surgical care with acute fracture management and 30-minute call responsiveness. Collaborate with a team of orthopedists at Adventist + Rideout, maintain high patient satisfaction, and support upper-extremity cases as needed. Serve as Trauma Medical Director combining clinical practice in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery with physician leadership. Provide trauma patient care, respond to activations, perform emergency surgeries, lead quality improvement, maintain ACS and state Level III standards, chair trauma committees, liaison with hospital leadership, and support trauma program development and multidisciplinary collaboration.
