Own the go-to-market operational infrastructure across revenue systems, sales processes, marketing operations, analytics, forecasting, and automation. The role manages Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, pipeline visibility, deal and lead scoring, data quality, campaign attribution, territory and quota planning, and win/loss analysis. This leader partners with Sales, Marketing, technical teams, and executives to improve sales-cycle efficiency, forecast accuracy, and scalable revenue execution.

Lead enterprise and solution architecture for life insurance and annuity client programs. Advise executives and technical stakeholders on integration strategies, modernization roadmaps, data flows, system dependencies, and architectural tradeoffs. Oversee integration designs connecting SaaS products with policy administration, CRM, distribution, underwriting, and enterprise data systems. Provide technical discovery, delivery oversight, risk management, and architectural governance across large transformation programs.

Designs and operates scalable AWS infrastructure, builds containerized systems with Docker and Kubernetes, manages Terraform infrastructure as code, improves Jenkins and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and implements monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. The role partners with engineering teams to improve reliability, security, performance, and deployment workflows in complex SaaS environments.

Own day-to-day technical solutioning for enterprise SaaS implementations. Lead client discovery and solution design sessions, translate business requirements into user stories, define APIs, data mappings, validation rules, and processes, and produce implementation documentation. Partner with project leads, architects, analysts, clients, and engineering teams throughout delivery. Identify risks and dependencies, support Agile delivery, apply solution standards, and contribute reusable best practices while progressing toward a Solution Architect role.

Lead revenue operations strategy, own and operationalize the Ideal Customer Profile, build ICP-backed segmentation and scoring, design GTM workflows and automations across Salesforce/HubSpot and enrichment tools, create win/loss frameworks, and drive AI-enabled tooling and integrations to optimize pipeline and conversion.

Lead strategy and delivery for Sureify's external-facing API platform (including IRI DFA). Define roadmap, author API specs, engage carriers, represent Sureify in standards groups, evangelize the product, and partner with engineering, sales, and professional services to build a scalable, developer-friendly API suite.

Perform multi-vendor triage and technical translation, investigate issues by querying databases and reviewing logs, create clear internal tickets, coordinate with India-based engineering teams, maintain Confluence documentation, and manage customer satisfaction surveys and support-portal projects.

Serve as the day-to-day technical leader for enterprise SaaS implementations: translate business requirements into implementation-ready stories, define APIs and data mappings, identify technical risks, produce solution documentation, and collaborate with clients, architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to ensure delivery quality.
