Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, managing scope, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code quality standards, engineering practices, and complex problem resolution. Lead and develop software engineering teams through mentoring, performance management, hiring, and capacity planning. Partner with Product, UX, DevOps, QA, Support, and customers to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React and backend technologies including Golang, TypeScript, and PHP. Optimize MySQL schemas and queries, build REST APIs, improve performance, implement testing, and collaborate with designers and product managers. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, contribute to architecture, and support reliable, maintainable software delivery through Git, Docker, CI/CD, and potentially AWS services.

Owns the end-to-end production release lifecycle across multi-tenant and multi-instance SaaS environments. Responsibilities include release calendar management, readiness reviews, technical manifest auditing, AWS environment governance, go/no-go coordination, risk mitigation, release metrics, and implementing automated quality gates. The role bridges engineering, QA, product, and client support while enforcing deployment standards and auditing databases, workflows, messaging systems, Kubernetes manifests, and infrastructure configurations.
