The role builds relationships with trade schools, unions, subcontractors, and community organizations, supports workforce integration, represents the company at industry events, and travels to project sites as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish and extensive construction recruiting experience are required.

Support project managers with planning, design coordination, procurement, construction oversight, quality assurance, and documentation for structural steel projects. Review drawings, assist with shop drawings and erection plans, perform material take-offs, support vendor coordination, conduct site inspections, and prepare project reports to ensure projects meet specifications, schedule, budget, and safety standards.
