Develops and analyzes structural steel and PEMB construction schedules across preconstruction and project execution. Reviews contractor schedules, identifies risks and critical-path impacts, creates erection schedules, forecasts manpower, tracks milestones and productivity, supports recovery planning, and prepares schedule reports and executive recommendations. Collaborates with estimating, project management, operations, superintendents, and leadership to validate sequencing, resources, delays, and schedule updates.

Support PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) construction by handling materials and operating equipment, preparing and cleaning job sites, assisting ironworkers and welders with erection tasks, performing routine equipment maintenance, following safety protocols, and coordinating with crew and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Lead corporate quality control for steel fabrication and construction projects across two companies. Supervise inspectors, develop quality policies and procedures, conduct inspections and NDT testing, verify weld and dimensional compliance, maintain quality management systems, perform audits, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, communication, and experience with steel fabrication quality standards.

Develop and maintain QA/QC programs for steel fabrication, mass timber installation, and construction activities. Conduct shop and field inspections, audits, and quality reviews; assess drawings and documentation; track non-conformances; coordinate corrective actions; maintain quality records and reports; train personnel; and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead pre-construction activities including planning, estimating, bid preparation, client coordination, and technical review for structural steel projects.
