Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and stakeholders to ensure constructability, safety, and performance. Support feasibility studies, prototyping, validation testing, and continuous improvement while following design standards and relevant codes (ASME, ANSI, ISO).

Support project managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, and construction oversight for structural steel projects. Review drawings and shop/erection plans, assist material take-offs and purchase orders, perform site inspections and quality assurance checks, maintain project documentation, and prepare progress reports to ensure projects meet specifications, codes, schedule, and budget.

Develop and maintain QA/QC programs for steel fabrication and erection; conduct inspections and audits; manage non-conformances and corrective actions; review shop drawings; maintain quality documentation; train personnel and support continuous improvement across shop and field sites.

Oversee payroll processing, taxes, and labor-law compliance; develop and enforce HR policies; manage performance, compensation, benefits, training, employee engagement, records, and regulatory reporting.
