Oversee comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, policy updates, and strategic initiatives. Partner with managers on workforce planning, lead employee investigations, administer benefits, maintain accurate employee records, analyze HR metrics, and support engagement, diversity, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Contract Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled construction trades professionals nationwide. Duties include talent pipeline development, interviews, background and credential checks, ATS recordkeeping, onboarding coordination, and collaboration with project leadership. The role builds relationships with trade schools, unions, subcontractors, and community organizations, supports workforce integration, represents the company at industry events, and travels to project sites as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish and extensive construction recruiting experience are required.

Support project managers with planning, design coordination, procurement, construction oversight, quality assurance, and documentation for structural steel projects. Review drawings, assist with shop drawings and erection plans, perform material take-offs, support vendor coordination, conduct site inspections, and prepare project reports to ensure projects meet specifications, schedule, budget, and safety standards.
