Support PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) construction by handling materials and operating equipment, preparing and cleaning job sites, assisting ironworkers and welders with erection tasks, performing routine equipment maintenance, following safety protocols, and coordinating with crew and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Develop and implement safety programs, conduct training, perform site inspections and audits, investigate incidents, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and promote a safety-first culture across projects.

Oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion, lead and supervise crews, enforce safety and quality standards, manage stakeholders and subcontractors, and collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
