Supports procurement strategy and purchasing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, purchase orders, supplier evaluation, negotiation, performance management, documentation, reporting, inventory coordination, compliance, quality audits, and continuous improvement. Monitors procurement costs and inventory levels while collaborating with project, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.

Develops and enforces safety programs, conducts training, performs site inspections and incident investigations, ensures OSHA/EPA compliance, and promotes a safety-first culture across employees, subcontractors, and visitors.

Perform inspections and testing of fabricated and installed structural steel, maintain quality documentation and NCRs, enforce QC procedures, lead quality meetings, coordinate corrective actions, train site personnel, and ensure OSHA and code compliance across projects.
