Source, screen, and recruit technical professionals across Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft. Responsibilities include briefing hiring managers, benchmarking salaries, writing job adverts, direct sourcing and headhunting, coordinating interviews, managing feedback and offers, conducting references and pre-employment processes, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role also requires managing multiple vacancies, building candidate pipelines, and advising stakeholders on technical hiring requirements.

Serve as the SAP UK Payroll functional expert, analysing UK legislative changes, designing functional solutions, configuring SAP HCM Payroll, producing functional specifications, validating and testing payroll deliverables, and advising Public Sector customers. Work with development and QA teams in Agile delivery, mentor colleagues on payroll testing, and support complex payroll scenarios including RTI, multiple employment, sequencing, and backdated pay awards.

Leads global Oracle Support and Application Managed Services, overseeing customer delivery, service transformation, team development, onboarding, transitions, commercial growth, bids, and pre-sales. Builds executive customer relationships, improves processes and tooling, manages escalations, and shapes strategic delivery models across complex Oracle environments.

Monitor and interpret U.S. and Canadian tax and regulatory changes, assess impacts on payroll/finance systems, advise Product and Delivery teams, prepare documentation, track upcoming regulations, and provide training to ensure compliant ERP (FSCM/HCM) updates.

Design, develop, test and document PeopleSoft HCM (and FSCM) solutions to support legislative, tax and regulatory changes. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate within Agile Scrum teams, analyze complex issues, ensure compliance and quality, and support clients with clear documentation.
