The HR Assistant will manage HR administration, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, support compliance activities, and improve HR processes.

Serve as the SAP UK Payroll functional expert, analysing UK legislative changes, designing functional solutions, configuring SAP HCM Payroll, producing functional specifications, validating and testing payroll deliverables, and advising Public Sector customers. Work with development and QA teams in Agile delivery, mentor colleagues on payroll testing, and support complex payroll scenarios including RTI, multiple employment, sequencing, and backdated pay awards.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across regions and disciplines, focusing on sales and operations. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, maintain the ATS, build talent pipelines and employer brand on LinkedIn, and provide hiring insights and reporting.

Design, develop, test and document PeopleSoft HCM (and FSCM) solutions to support legislative, tax and regulatory changes. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate within Agile Scrum teams, analyze complex issues, ensure compliance and quality, and support clients with clear documentation.

The Sales Development Representative will drive outreach, qualify leads, book meetings, and manage sales data using Salesforce, focusing on the Oracle and SAP environments.
