Provide hands-on legal support for government contracting compliance (FAR/DFARS), assist compliance program execution, audits and reviews, training, responses to government inquiries, agreement review and risk-flagging, prepare guidance and documentation, and collaborate with business stakeholders and outside counsel.

Lead relationship management and market development for vehicle sustainment OEMs and supply chain partners. Align OEM capabilities with customer sustainment needs, support WSS leadership in customer engagements and events, shape opportunities, track supplier documentation, and support domestic and international business development with ~25–35% travel.

Serve as primary contact for assigned Korea customers: manage communications, resolve system/ordering issues, process documentation (DD250), conduct site visits and surveys, support contracts, translate English↔Korean, coordinate with sourcing and quality, drive account growth, and travel regularly to customer/vendor locations.
