Source and research items to fulfill DoD/GSA customer requests, identify suppliers, evaluate contracts and supplier performance, negotiate pricing/terms with guidance, resolve post-order issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely procurement.

Serve as primary contact for assigned Korea customers: manage communications, resolve system/ordering issues, process documentation (DD250), conduct site visits and surveys, support contracts, translate English↔Korean, coordinate with sourcing and quality, drive account growth, and travel regularly to customer/vendor locations.

Manage the full quoting cycle between suppliers and government agencies, including quote requests, response entry, pricing submissions, award processing, vendor follow-up, and vendor record maintenance. Respond to agency pricing inquiries, review orders for accuracy, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain organized communication. The role requires administrative experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
