Serves as the primary customer contact for contract orders, service requests, and issue resolution. Manages customer communications, order activity, quotes, proof of delivery, and sourcing requests while meeting response-time and performance requirements. Educates customers on contract guidelines, monitors accounts for sales opportunities, collaborates with internal teams, and supports sourcing during high-volume periods. Requires bilingual Japanese and English communication, strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Source and research items to fulfill DoD/GSA customer requests, identify suppliers, evaluate contracts and supplier performance, negotiate pricing/terms with guidance, resolve post-order issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely procurement.
