Build and own a compliance platform UI from scratch, including dashboards, contract and BAA management, data residency, opt-in/opt-out, authentication, authorization, and access reporting. Meet or exceed revenue targets, attend industry events, maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role focuses on selling to law firms and legal decision-makers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. Meet or exceed revenue quotas, maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, attend industry events, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role focuses on expanding Supio’s AI platform sales within the legal community and helping law firms improve knowledge work.

Manage customer relationships, onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and account expansion for law firm clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, conduct business reviews, monitor customer health and usage metrics, resolve issues, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams. Analyze success data, prepare account reports, and use AI-driven insights to improve customer outcomes and accelerate value realization.

Lead and own the release and deployment process, manage GitHub workflows and Actions, build and maintain AWS infrastructure and observability, automate deployments and internal tooling, respond to incidents and be on-call, contribute code to reliability tooling, and support global/offshore teams across time zones.

Build and own Supio's agentic platform end-to-end in TypeScript: production LLM/AI features, agent runtime and prompt/tool architecture, voice/transcription and document workflows, core full-stack customer application, and monitoring/evaluation tooling. Influence architecture and lead greenfield product development with autonomy.
