Build and own a compliance platform UI from scratch, including dashboards, contract and BAA management, data residency, opt-in/opt-out, authentication, authorization, and access reporting. Partner with backend engineering to shape APIs, launch a lightweight v1, and iterate with internal users across engineering, customer success, DevOps, executives, and privacy teams.

Design and build Supio’s internal compliance platform from the ground up. Develop anonymization, de-identification, and pseudonymization pipelines for PII and PHI; implement comprehensive audit trails, access controls, compliance tracking, reporting, notifications, and remediation workflows. Partner with DevOps, engineering teams, and privacy leadership to meet regulatory requirements while supporting AI-driven legal workflows.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle for Supio’s AI platform, including prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Meet or exceed revenue targets, attend industry events, maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role focuses on selling to law firms and legal decision-makers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
