Teams at Supio

Lead full-stack software development across frontend and backend systems, designing scalable solutions and productionizing AI-driven capabilities. Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions, resolve complex issues, improve development processes, and contribute to product direction. The role requires React, TypeScript, and Node.js expertise, with preferred experience in LLMs, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms.

Own and deliver production integrations connecting Supio with third-party case and practice management systems. Design reliable APIs, authentication, and data synchronization; resolve customer issues; improve data quality; collaborate with product, engineering, customers, and partners; and use AI development tools, including MCP-enabled integrations, to build scalable capabilities.

Own Supio’s infrastructure security and compliance programs, including SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR. Build and operate AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability platforms; develop production automation; manage cloud identity and access controls; and remediate infrastructure and application vulnerabilities. Partner with engineering to translate security findings into actionable improvements while establishing scalable processes in a fast-growing startup.
