Teams at Superside

Serve as the technical partner to Account Executives and Account Managers during pre-sales. Lead discovery, determine whether creative services, systems, AI, or a combination best solves client problems, and design, scope, price, and propose solutions. Coordinate systems reviews and handoffs to engineering, studio, and AI deployment teams. Support enterprise accounts post-sale, identify product gaps, create reusable sales assets, and enable sales teams to qualify systems opportunities.

Leads portfolio-level performance across enterprise accounts, owning revenue, retention, growth, delivery quality, forecasting, and margin discipline. Coaches senior account leaders, strengthens executive relationships, resolves systemic operational and resourcing issues, manages escalations, and drives consistent processes and continuous improvement across multiple accounts.

Design high-impact motion graphics, animated ads, Lottie and Rive animations, and interactive motion projects for global brands. Collaborate with account teams across time zones, manage multiple projects on time and budget, support creative leads, explore motion innovations and AI-enhanced tools, and help evolve Superside's motion capabilities.
