The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing functions, including brand strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership, aimed at establishing Superpower as a leading health brand.

Produce, publish, and iterate 3-5 short-form videos weekly: concept, script, shoot, edit, and analyze paid social performance. Own 2-3 personas, run customer research, document winning formats in Notion, and co-own a four-week testing roadmap with the lead strategist.

As an Engineer, you'll develop software solutions for Superpower's digital health platform, collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable systems and enhance user experiences.
