Processes vendor invoices accurately and on time, reviews statements, resolves vendor inquiries, maintains vendor files, supports purchase orders, and reconciles per diem balances between NetSuite and Comdata. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced industrial environment. Travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS/ADP setup, onboarding/offboarding, compliance with employment laws, investigations, policy updates, reporting, and partnering with leadership to support workforce needs and a safe, inclusive workplace.

Directs industrial cleaning site operations, dispatch, staffing, safety, customer service, equipment use, job documentation, billing inputs, and regulatory compliance. Trains and evaluates field service employees, coordinates outage and special projects, resolves customer issues, maintains safety standards, and supports sales and business development. The role requires hands-on operation of vacuum trucks, water blasters, steamers, and related equipment while ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery.
