Own the Field First Mobile App and future AI products from discovery through scaling. Responsibilities include field research, roadmap ownership, content governance, AI instruction and guardrail design, question-bank testing, vendor evaluation, requirements, pilot management, adoption, measurement, and executive reporting. The role partners with IT, HSE, Operations, HR, Fleet, vendors, and frontline leaders to deliver trustworthy AI assistance that improves safety support, onboarding, and operational efficiency.

Processes vendor invoices, reviews statements, resolves payment issues, maintains vendor files, supports purchase orders, and reconciles per diem balances between NetSuite and Comdata. The role requires accuracy, organization, communication, basic accounting knowledge, problem-solving, and deadline management in a fast-paced industrial environment. Travel, including overnight stays, is required as needed.

Provide administrative and financial support to the Branch Manager: manage Salesforce entries, payroll/labor tracking, dispatching, purchase orders, dashboards, records, collections, supply orders, travel arrangements, uniform program, and daily deadlines to support branch profitability and operations.

Manage branch operations for industrial/environmental cleaning services, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, staff training, dispatch, compliance, job documentation, and support business development.

Oversee proposal/quoting, pricing and contract processes; lead sales support team; develop reporting and financial analyses; manage pricing across 80+ price books using bulk-upload tools; customize Ironclad workflows; support onboarding, pipeline updates, and QBRs while driving cross-functional process improvements.
