Lead all aspects of U.S. income tax compliance for the company, including federal, state, international reporting, and tax provision support. Manage audits, improve processes, and supervise the tax team.

Support corporate supply chain through spend analytics, vendor master and AVL maintenance, compliance reviews, payment term analysis, and vendor governance. Provide analytics and operational support for strategic sourcing, track supplier performance, assist with fleet and real estate data, and consolidate ESG metrics for reporting.

Provide corporate, transactional, and governance legal support focused on M&A, financings, entity management, and corporate secretarial duties. Manage due diligence, coordinate transaction documents and closings, assist post-closing integrations, respond to lender/underwriter diligence requests, and collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, and external counsel.
