Design and qualify new and existing downhole completion tools (packers, ICVs, valves, sand control) supporting prototyping, lab testing, manufacturing support, technical documentation, and compliance with API/ISO standards.

Provides administrative and operational support, including maintaining reports and schedules, processing work orders and receipts, supporting accounts payable and receivable, coordinating vendors and facilities projects, compiling management reports, assisting with audits and month-end close, handling phones and visitors, purchasing office supplies, coordinating travel and meetings, and maintaining records.

Administers multi-state payroll operations, including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, time and attendance, reconciliations, off-cycle payroll, reporting, journal entries, and employee action form validation. Ensures payroll accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and confidentiality while supporting expense management and collaborating with management.

Administer executive compensation programs, including salary, incentive, equity, and deferred compensation plans. Develop financial models, recommendations, dashboards, and analytics for executive pay decisions. Support compensation planning, equity administration, governance, SEC-related disclosures, audits, and Compensation Committee and Board reporting. Partner with Finance, Legal, and external administrators while monitoring compliance and market trends.

Engineering internship in Superior Energy Services’ RISE program, featuring rotations across quality and continuous improvement, completion tool operations and maintenance, projects and technology, logistics and inventory, and sales. Responsibilities include process control, equipment testing, inventory support, technical documentation, CRM updates, presentations, and improvement proposals. Candidates must be pursuing an engineering degree, speak fluent English, and have basic Microsoft Office skills. Spanish and Power BI are desirable. No prior professional experience is required.
