Provide analytics and operational support for strategic sourcing, track supplier performance, assist with fleet and real estate data, and consolidate ESG metrics for reporting.

Provide corporate, transactional, and governance legal support focused on M&A, financings, entity management, and corporate secretarial duties. Manage due diligence, coordinate transaction documents and closings, assist post-closing integrations, respond to lender/underwriter diligence requests, and collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, and external counsel.

As a Technical Advisor II, you will offer technical support on completion tools, prepare design documents, and interface with clients and sales teams to ensure effective well-completion services.
