Design and qualify new and existing downhole completion tools (packers, ICVs, valves, sand control) supporting prototyping, lab testing, manufacturing support, technical documentation, and compliance with API/ISO standards.

Provides administrative and operational support, including maintaining reports and schedules, processing work orders and receipts, supporting accounts payable and receivable, coordinating vendors and facilities projects, compiling management reports, assisting with audits and month-end close, handling phones and visitors, purchasing office supplies, coordinating travel and meetings, and maintaining records.

Plans and tracks personnel, work orders, materials, tooling, equipment, costs, quality, and delivery commitments for manufacturing jobs. Coordinates technical documentation, drawings, specifications, pricing files, and customer equipment customizations. Provides technical support and ensures compliance with company and customer QHSE requirements and emergency procedures.
