Supervise Texas Division transaction personnel handling invoicing, scrap payables, and truck-direct processing. Verify transaction accuracy, support retail activities, assist with reporting and results evaluation, manage customer requests, identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, and support the Division Manager and Controller. The role requires leadership, accounting-system proficiency, strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.

Supports the sales team throughout the sales cycle by handling customer communications, entering orders and quotes, tracking orders through shipment, assisting with pricing and product questions, preparing reports, conducting market research, and coordinating with Operations and Shipping. Learns company products, systems, and sales processes while contributing to team performance and developing toward future inside and outside sales opportunities.

Supports outside sales by managing bid requests, entering project details into CRM systems, reviewing blueprints and quotes, coordinating estimates, processing contracts and orders, generating leads, and managing key accounts. The role also covers sales territories, communicates with market managers, and provides customer service while ensuring bid and sales processes remain accurate and organized.
