Lead coach development by training, observing, mentoring, and evaluating youth soccer coaches. Ensure program quality across classes, camps, and clinics, manage coach scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and equipment logistics, and represent the organization while traveling throughout Long Island and Eastern Queens with evening and weekend availability.

Assist operations team on business development, coaching operations, marketing, partnerships, strategy research, and events. Conduct outreach, quality evaluations, inventory support, content creation, campaign analysis, and administrative tasks while attending weekend programs and contributing to strategic projects.

Design and deliver onboarding programs and orientation sessions, support new hires during their initial period, collaborate with HR and managers to gather resources, collect feedback, and continuously improve the onboarding experience to boost engagement and retention.

Part-time role to grow youth soccer programs by building partnerships with schools, daycares, and community groups. Responsibilities include outreach, relationship-building, coordinating events, driving enrollment growth, supporting local marketing initiatives, and working with the General Manager to expand visibility and programs across Central Houston.

Lead fun, curriculum-aligned soccer sessions for children ages 4–10, providing individual and group instruction, managing up to 15 kids, communicating with parents and staff, attending trainings, and ensuring safety and positive learning outcomes. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Oversee all aspects of regional youth sports programming: drive business growth, manage partnerships, build schedules, control budgets, supervise staff and operations, handle customer service and local marketing, and ensure program administrative and financial efficiency.

Support market research, new business development, partnership management, marketing and social media initiatives, and administrative operations for youth soccer programs. Manage SSU Advanced Soccer Program across NY-Metro: ensure curriculum delivery and class quality, mentor and train coaches, recruit and onboard staff, run coach development seminars, conduct observations with measurable feedback, resolve escalated quality issues, coordinate seasonal staffing, and oversee the annual summer camp program.

Lead coach training and development, evaluate coaching staff, manage equipment inventory and logistics, support scheduling, hiring, and administrative tasks, and fill coaching roles as needed to maintain program quality.

Lead and assist youth soccer classes for ages 1–11, teaching fundamental skills through games, promoting teamwork, safety, and positive reinforcement while supporting Head Coaches.

Manage all aspects of Bergen County regional programming including business growth, partner relationships, scheduling, budgeting, operations, customer service, and staff hiring/training. Oversee local marketing, financial management (P&L, accounts payable/receivable), program administration, permits, and weather communications. Ensure execution of company standards, meet revenue goals, and maintain operational efficiency across sites.
