Drive execution of the Carrier Experience roadmap for the Carrier TMS: translate strategy into a prioritized backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, run grooming and sprint planning, act as engineering liaison, validate shipped work with QA, monitor metrics, and maintain documentation.

Provides multi-channel support for carriers, drivers, shippers, and brokers. Resolves platform, billing, subscription, payment, and technical issues; supports SuperPay; trains customers; documents solutions; gathers feedback; and collaborates with product, engineering, and sales. Requires 2–4 years of customer support experience, ideally in SaaS or technical environments, plus familiarity with billing platforms, troubleshooting, CRM or ticketing tools, weekend work, and evening coverage through 7:00 p.m.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Platform & Integrations, including public APIs, partner integrations, design system, and information architecture. Partner with engineering, design, Support, and Marketing to define API change management, monitor platform health and adoption metrics, and drive platform adoption. Build and shape a new team, communicate progress to executives, and coordinate cross-team dependencies across time zones.

Design, build, and operate backend services for vehicle-transport workflows. Own architecture, REST APIs, async/background processing, partner integrations, performance tuning, observability, on-call incident response, mentoring, and cross-functional API/product collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable services.

The Senior Backend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend systems, optimize existing code, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions, while ensuring security and code quality.

Lead a cross-functional engineering team (backend, frontend, QA) for the Shipper TMS: own roadmap, delivery, technical direction, code quality, and people development. Stay hands-on in Java/Spring Boot systems, manage tech debt and monitoring, run hiring/onboarding, and coordinate with Product and stakeholders to meet delivery goals.

The Tech Lead Manager will own the technical roadmap for the Platform squad, lead incident response, manage a team of engineers, and be the primary technical authority on infrastructure, ensuring platform reliability and performance.

Drive revenue expansion within Super Dispatchs existing shipper and carrier customers by cross-selling premium products (SuperProtect, SuperAgent). Identify expansion opportunities using usage data and health scores, run targeted demos, close upsell deals, and collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.
