Lead strategy and roadmap for Platform & Integrations, including public APIs, partner integrations, design system, and information architecture. Partner with engineering, design, Support, and Marketing to define API change management, monitor platform health and adoption metrics, and drive platform adoption. Build and shape a new team, communicate progress to executives, and coordinate cross-team dependencies across time zones.

Drive execution of the Carrier Experience roadmap for the Carrier TMS: translate strategy into a prioritized backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, run grooming and sprint planning, act as engineering liaison, validate shipped work with QA, monitor metrics, and maintain documentation.

Owns the company’s external, hosted, and internal events portfolio from planning through execution. Responsibilities include researching trade shows, managing budgets, vendors, venues, staffing, sponsors, speakers, logistics, and event ROI reporting. The role also builds a community program through social channels, referrals, influencers, ambassador initiatives, and meetups to increase customer engagement and brand advocacy. The manager partners with Marketing, Sales, People Ops, and leadership and travels approximately 10%.
