Provide friendly, accurate member service and process routine branch transactions while supporting entry-level sales goals. Open accounts, assist with basic consumer loan origination, perform teller duties, educate members on digital banking, follow workflows and compliance (BSA/AML/OFAC), and escalate non-routine issues. Lead strategy and operations for consumer and mortgage lending, drive profitable loan growth, ensure regulatory compliance and risk-aligned lending, manage teams and budgets, optimize member experience, implement tools/technology, analyze portfolio performance, and represent the credit union externally.

Front-line member-facing role processing daily financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, assisting with deposit and loan services, ensuring BSA/AML compliance, resolving member issues, and consultatively promoting financial products to grow accounts and deepen member relationships.

Lead and hands-on manage enterprise hybrid infrastructure platforms (on-prem and cloud), including servers, virtualization, identity, storage/backup, and DR. Mentor infrastructure engineers, ensure patching, monitoring, lifecycle management, security/compliance, incident escalation, and collaborate with SRE and production teams to support reliable application operations.

Serve as a front-line member-facing representative handling teller transactions, member service, and consultative financial sales. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier services; balance drawers; onboard and advise members; ensure BSA/AML compliance and report suspicious activity; cross-sell appropriate financial products and collaborate with lending and investment teams.

Process bi-weekly payroll, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with payroll laws, administer deductions and tax filings, respond to payroll inquiries, generate reports, and support payroll-related projects and process improvements.

Design, deploy, and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure with a focus on AWS migrations, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep), Microsoft 365/Azure identity administration, CI/CD automation, monitoring, security/compliance, disaster recovery, and on-call operational support.

Support the BSA Compliance Team by monitoring AML/BSA systems, researching alerts, filing CTRs, assisting SAR evaluations and eFilings, managing OFAC screenings, supporting training and audits, processing subpoenas, and maintaining compliance documentation under supervision.

Perform advanced collections and recovery on delinquent mortgage, loan, credit card, and overdrawn accounts. Resolve complex member situations, conduct skip tracing and research, document activity for compliance, recommend repayment solutions, coordinate with other departments and legal for deceased accounts, and provide informal guidance and coverage support to team members.

Lead development and execution of CUSO and fintech partnership strategies to grow non-interest income, deposits, and investment returns. Maintain enterprise fintech knowledge, evaluate and model investment and partner opportunities, select and enable vendor solutions, measure partnership performance, and represent Sunward across industry ecosystems. Collaborate with stakeholders to advance initiatives aligned with growth, deposit, and lending objectives.
