Design, deploy, and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure with a focus on AWS migrations, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep), Microsoft 365/Azure identity administration, CI/CD automation, monitoring, security/compliance, disaster recovery, and on-call operational support.

Analyze and monitor loan portfolio performance, build dashboards and quantitative models for stress testing and forecasting, support CECL and allowance calculations, identify risks and remediation strategies, and present insights to stakeholders to guide underwriting and portfolio strategy.

Resolve complex member situations, conduct skip tracing and research, document activity for compliance, recommend repayment solutions, coordinate with other departments and legal for deceased accounts, and provide informal guidance and coverage support to team members.

Lead accounting operations for the credit union, overseeing month-end and year-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed assets, regulatory reporting (NCUA Call Reports), audit readiness, internal controls, system improvements, and a high-performing accounting team to deliver accurate financial statements and compliance.

Lead strategy and operations for consumer and mortgage lending, drive profitable loan growth, ensure regulatory compliance and risk-aligned lending, manage teams and budgets, optimize member experience, implement tools/technology, analyze portfolio performance, and represent the credit union externally.

Provide administrative and coordination support for lending operations including policy/document updates, SOAP reporting, accounts payable and invoicing, calendar and event management, research, budget updates, and general office support to keep the division running.
