Originate mortgage loans for diverse, bilingual, and underserved borrowers in Clark County. Build and manage client relationships, structure loans using appropriate mortgage products, explain lending topics clearly, comply with mortgage regulations and SAFE Act requirements, and manage multiple initiatives with strong organization and attention to detail. The role requires frequent travel, computer-based work, and collaboration with internal teams.

Provides member-focused financial service in a credit union branch, including routine transactions, account opening, consumer loan support, needs-based product recommendations, and proactive outreach. Works toward individual and branch sales goals while educating members on digital banking, following established workflows, and complying with BSA/AML, OFAC, privacy, and lending requirements. Escalates complex needs and exceptions to senior staff while building foundational knowledge through training and coaching.

Executive leader responsible for strategy, growth, and governance of commercial lending, business services, treasury management, and commercial deposits. Oversees credit policy, risk governance, product development, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, operations, and talent development. Partners with executive leadership, IT, marketing, and audit to drive financial performance, member-focused service, and scalable operational improvements.

Lead and manage lending product and analytics team to deliver product roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee operational controls, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and resolve member service issues. Coach and develop staff, allocate resources, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and translate analytics into actionable product and operational recommendations to meet credit union goals.

Lead lending product roadmap and lifecycle, prioritize features, collaborate with stakeholders and tech, analyze metrics and market trends, drive go-to-market and competitive pricing reviews, mentor product managers, and recommend lending products to optimize member outcomes and portfolio protection.

Originate and manage commercial loan and deposit relationships for the credit union. Prospect and close new business, analyze tax returns and financial statements, approve loans within authority, manage sales pipeline and marketing activities, and deliver high-quality member service and referral development.

Leads marketing strategy for geographic expansion, branch openings, and retail-growth initiatives. Translates market research and organizational objectives into audience strategies, positioning, messaging, channel plans, budgets, and performance measures. Coordinates cross-functional launch activities with Retail, Facilities, Product, Analytics, Communications, executives, and agencies. Oversees pre-opening and post-opening campaigns, monitors market performance, presents recommendations to leadership, and develops a repeatable expansion marketing playbook.

Owns marketing strategy for a lending or deposit product portfolio. Develops positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, campaign plans, content, briefs, roadmaps and performance recommendations. Partners with product stakeholders, analysts, compliance, operations, agencies and frontline teams to execute initiatives, monitor results, ensure regulatory accuracy and support acquisition, adoption, engagement, retention and relationship growth.

Front-line member-facing role processing daily financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, assisting with deposit and loan services, ensuring BSA/AML compliance, resolving member issues, and consultatively promoting financial products to grow accounts and deepen member relationships.

Owns marketing strategy for Sunward’s lending or deposit product portfolio. Develops positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, campaign calendars, creative briefs and foundational content. Partners with portfolio stakeholders, agencies, compliance and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, monitor performance, interpret market and competitive insights, and recommend improvements. Supports product growth across acquisition, adoption, engagement, retention and relationship expansion while ensuring accurate, compliant marketing communications.

Provide autonomous executive support to the EVP: manage calendar and complex meeting logistics, coordinate travel and events, draft decks and talking points, compile weekly dashboards, process expenses, and drive process improvements across departments.
