Provide friendly, accurate member service and process routine branch transactions while supporting entry-level sales goals. Open accounts, assist with basic consumer loan origination, perform teller duties, educate members on digital banking, follow workflows and compliance (BSA/AML/OFAC), and escalate non-routine issues. Participate in outreach, training, and collaborate with specialists for complex member needs.

Analyze and monitor loan portfolio performance, build dashboards and quantitative models for stress testing and forecasting, support CECL and allowance calculations, identify risks and remediation strategies, and present insights to stakeholders to guide underwriting and portfolio strategy.

Follow defined workflows, compliance (BSA/AML, OFAC), and escalate exceptions. Participate in training and proactive outreach, including occasional outbound calls, to deepen member relationships and meet branch objectives.
