Supervises consumer lending and loan-processing operations across auto, personal, credit card, and home equity products. Leads staff, manages workflow and performance, supports loan origination and underwriting, ensures regulatory compliance, develops lending policies and products, monitors risk, and maintains service and production goals. Requires strong consumer lending knowledge, leadership skills, familiarity with loan origination systems, and at least four years of related experience.

Supports credit union financial operations through accounts payable, payroll, cash and account reconciliations, investment postings, wire transfers, financial reporting, general ledger balancing, credit card settlement, indirect lending activity, and month-end closing. The role also prepares government reports, maintains knowledge of credit union products, and refers members to appropriate services.

Originate mortgage loans for diverse, bilingual, and underserved borrowers in Clark County. Build and manage client relationships, structure loans using appropriate mortgage products, explain lending topics clearly, comply with mortgage regulations and SAFE Act requirements, and manage multiple initiatives with strong organization and attention to detail. The role requires frequent travel, computer-based work, and collaboration with internal teams.
