Originate mortgage loans for diverse, bilingual, and underserved borrowers in Clark County. Build and manage client relationships, structure loans using appropriate mortgage products, explain lending topics clearly, comply with mortgage regulations and SAFE Act requirements, and manage multiple initiatives with strong organization and attention to detail. The role requires frequent travel, computer-based work, and collaboration with internal teams.

Provides member-focused financial service in a credit union branch, including routine transactions, account opening, consumer loan support, needs-based product recommendations, and proactive outreach. Works toward individual and branch sales goals while educating members on digital banking, following established workflows, and complying with BSA/AML, OFAC, privacy, and lending requirements. Escalates complex needs and exceptions to senior staff while building foundational knowledge through training and coaching.

Executive leader responsible for strategy, growth, and governance of commercial lending, business services, treasury management, and commercial deposits. Oversees credit policy, risk governance, product development, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, operations, and talent development. Partners with executive leadership, IT, marketing, and audit to drive financial performance, member-focused service, and scalable operational improvements.
