Provides member-focused branch service through routine transactions, account opening, basic consumer loan origination and servicing, digital banking education, and needs-based product recommendations. Works toward entry-level sales goals and conducts occasional outbound outreach. Follows established workflows, compliance requirements, and cash-handling procedures while escalating complex issues and referring specialized needs. Participates in training and coaching to build foundational financial services knowledge.

Front-line member-facing role processing daily financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, assisting with deposit and loan services, ensuring BSA/AML compliance, resolving member issues, and consultatively promoting financial products to grow accounts and deepen member relationships.

Originate and manage commercial loan and deposit relationships for the credit union. Prospect and close new business, analyze tax returns and financial statements, approve loans within authority, manage sales pipeline and marketing activities, and deliver high-quality member service and referral development.
