Executive leader responsible for strategy, growth, and governance of commercial lending, business services, treasury management, and commercial deposits. Oversees credit policy, risk governance, product development, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, operations, and talent development. Partners with executive leadership, IT, marketing, and audit to drive financial performance, member-focused service, and scalable operational improvements.

Lead and manage lending product and analytics team to deliver product roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee operational controls, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and resolve member service issues. Coach and develop staff, allocate resources, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and translate analytics into actionable product and operational recommendations to meet credit union goals.

Front-line member-facing role processing daily financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, assisting with deposit and loan services, ensuring BSA/AML compliance, resolving member issues, and consultatively promoting financial products to grow accounts and deepen member relationships.
