Provide friendly, accurate branch service and process routine transactions while supporting basic deposit account opening and consumer loan intake. Proactively meet entry-level sales goals through needs-based conversations and occasional outbound outreach, follow defined workflows and compliance procedures, and escalate non-routine situations to senior staff.

Provide friendly, accurate member service and process routine branch transactions while supporting entry-level sales goals. Open deposit accounts, assist with standard consumer loan intake, perform teller functions, educate members on digital banking, and follow workflows, compliance (BSA/AML, OFAC), and escalation procedures. Participate in coaching and proactive outreach to deepen member relationships and refer complex needs to specialists.

Design, deploy, and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure with a focus on AWS migrations, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep), Microsoft 365/Azure identity administration, CI/CD automation, monitoring, security/compliance, disaster recovery, and on-call operational support.
