Provide front-line guest service at the marina while assisting the Circle of Boating Manager and other dockhands with docking, utility hookups, pump-outs, waste disposal, facility sanitation, operating motor and water vehicles, and maintaining accurate dock/occupancy reports. Keep the area clean, safe, and well maintained; follow physical and safety requirements and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Lead daily marina dock operations including guest services, scheduling and training dockhands, managing fuel and utility services, performing dock inspections and maintenance coordination, securing vessels in bad weather, and operating motorized water vehicles and equipment.

Support project delivery across planning, design, and construction phases. Conduct site visits, prepare technical documentation, manage RFIs/submittals/change orders, assist cost estimating and schedule tracking, coordinate contractors and consultants, and ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
