Manages marina administrative operations, including monthly financial statement support, daily deposit processing and reconciliation, accounts payable and revenue data, HR coordination, and contract, insurance, and registration tracking. Serves as a liaison among property, accounting, operations, and human resources while providing professional customer service. Requires flexible scheduling, emergency telephone availability, and the ability to work weekends and holidays and perform specified physical and water-safety duties.

Supports marina management systems through implementation, configuration, data migration, testing, user training, help desk support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Translates business needs into functional requirements, coordinates with vendors and IT teams, manages application issues, supports integrations, and helps drive system adoption across acquired and existing marina locations. The role also requires occasional travel, rotating on-call availability, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Provides friendly marina support by assisting guests with boating needs, securing boats, pump-outs, waste disposal, sanitation, cleaning, and facility upkeep. Follows OSHA, environmental, PPE, and site-safety requirements while collaborating with dock staff, vendors, and customers. Requires physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, swim or use a personal flotation device, perform repetitive movements, and communicate directions effectively.
