Oversee daily marina operations, customer and tenant service, financial performance, budgeting, inventory, staffing, and regulatory compliance. The Marina Manager supervises employees, coordinates with management and vendors, manages projects, supports profitability and efficiency, and maintains professional customer relationships. The role requires marine-related management experience, accounting knowledge, communication skills, physical capability, swimming ability or use of a flotation device, and availability for weekends and holidays.

Manages marina administrative and financial processes, including month-end statement support, daily deposit reconciliation, revenue and accounts payable data, and coordination with Human Resources on employee changes. Tracks contracts, insurance, and registrations while serving as an onsite liaison among property, accounting, and operations teams. Requires accurate communication, customer service, flexible scheduling, emergency phone availability, and the ability to meet physical marina safety requirements.

Provides friendly marina guest service and assists with boating needs, including securing boats, pump-outs, waste disposal, and facility sanitation. Maintains clean and safe marina areas, follows OSHA and environmental regulations, uses required PPE, and supports Dockmaster operations. Requires customer-service ability, teamwork, independent work, willingness to learn marina operations, physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and ability to swim or use a personal flotation device.
