Teams at Suntex Marinas

Manages marina property administration, financial records, revenue and accounts payable data, monthly close support, deposit reconciliation, and contract documentation. Coordinates with Human Resources on employee changes and provides customer service while maintaining accurate, timely records. Requires flexible scheduling, emergency phone availability, and the ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 30 pounds and swimming or using a personal flotation device.

Assists marina guests with boating needs, including securing boats, pump-outs, waste disposal, and facility sanitation. Performs routine cleaning, maintains safe and well-kept marina areas, follows OSHA and environmental regulations, uses required PPE, and works cooperatively with customers, coworkers, vendors, and the Dockmaster. Requires physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, swim or use a flotation device, and communicate directions clearly.

Leads overall marina dock operations, including scheduling and supervising dockhands, coordinating with vessel captains, managing reservations, fuel and pump-out services, and ensuring dock safety and cleanliness. Conducts inspections, coordinates maintenance, provides luxury guest and concierge services, trains team members, operates vehicles and equipment, and secures vessels during inclement weather.
