Teams at Sunstice

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sunstice’s Scheduling module. Prioritize product opportunities, balance customer commitments with long-term development, monitor team performance, and drive improvements in quality, maintainability, documentation, and technical debt management. Collaborate with Product, R&D, Scrum teams, and customer stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into valuable product capabilities and strengthen roadmap-driven product management practices.

Ensure software quality within a Scrum team by implementing QA strategies, understanding functional requirements, designing and executing manual test plans, defining automation strategies, maintaining test repositories, documenting results, tracking defects, analyzing quality metrics, and promoting continuous improvement and QA best practices. The role requires collaboration with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams across frontend and backend components.

Lead architecture and modernization work: assess technical debt, refactor and decompose modules, migrate monolith to microservices, move frontend from Vanilla JS to React, implement CI/CD and pipelines, apply TDD, participate across design/implementation/testing, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
