Reads network documentation, completes reports, coordinates with field teams, follows OSHA and company safety standards, operates vehicles, and supports on-call, overtime, and emergency restoration work.

Creates and maintains station markers on geographic blueprints for new project nodes, updates maps for route changes and completed production, matches map data with spreadsheets, verifies invoiced footage, prints segment maps for crews, and prepares as-built documentation for customers.

It requires extensive field operations management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Regular travel throughout the market and outdoor field inspections are required.

Supervises telecommunications drop-bury technicians and subcontractor crews across an assigned market. Coordinates dispatch, workload, routing, production, quality inspections, safety, utility locating, documentation, equipment, staffing, and schedule priorities. Resolves field conflicts, damaged facilities, customer concerns, failed jobs, and escalations while coaching crews and reporting operational issues to management. The role requires regular outdoor site inspections and travel throughout Wisconsin and Michigan.
