Manages day-to-day operations across multiple projects, crews, locations, or high-value accounts. Supervises staff, supplies, production, quality, performance metrics, schedules, billing, hours, safety documentation, and administrative processes. Ensures contract requirements, safety practices, human resource policies, and performance standards are followed while independently coordinating multiple tasks and resources.

Performs ground-level telecommunications construction and upgrade work, including operating bucket trucks, assisting with pole framing, installing guys and anchors, preparing work sites, directing traffic, and using hand and power tools. The role requires outdoor work, physical lifting, pole-climbing capability, construction-print reading, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with safety regulations.

Splice, install, troubleshoot, and balance coaxial cable plant for new construction and upgrades. Install CATV equipment, pedestals, vaults, and splice cases; read design maps and blueprints; operate aerial lifts; perform occasional construction tasks; maintain company vehicles and equipment; complete documentation; and follow safety procedures. Frequent travel away from home is required.
