Lead engineering function for Sunrise and Ripley Lighting products, managing a team to drive electronic circuit and embedded firmware design, new product development, manufacturing support, testing, quality, and supplier collaboration to meet business and regulatory standards.

Drive territory sales by managing and developing independent manufacturer representatives, recruiting and training reps, delivering technical training and customer support, negotiating major account agreements, preparing forecasts and budgets, supporting promotional activities, and reporting to national sales leadership. Role requires significant travel (around 50%).

Lead and manage all sales, marketing, inside sales and customer service functions. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, manage national and international field sales, distributor and rep channels, target key accounts, set territories and budgets, oversee pricing and forecasts, coordinate with Engineering/Operations/Finance, and drive business development and profitability. Role requires heavy national and international travel (75%+).

Lead manufacturing and operations including production, quality, procurement, inventory, maintenance, and facilities. Drive continuous improvement, vendor development, production planning, KPI implementation, staffing, and adherence to regulations to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.
