Perform quality engineering for medical device products: develop quality plans, conduct product/process validations and equipment qualifications, investigate root causes and implement CAPA, support manufacturing and design teams, maintain FDA/ISO compliance and quality metrics, audit suppliers, and participate in internal and regulatory audits.

Support day-to-day import/export logistics including communication with 3PLs, freight carriers, and customs brokers; create customs documents and bills of lading; track and expedite shipments; maintain import/export product master database; file freight claims; support customer service with reroutes, quotes, returns, and booking requests; ensure C-TPAT and customs compliance.

Lead rollout and adoption of Power BI dashboards replacing Cognos sales reports. Act as liaison between business and IT, manage UAT, gather and prioritize user feedback, translate reporting needs into functional requirements, create training and communications, monitor adoption, and ensure reporting meets Sales and Finance needs.

Lead North American digital and traditional marketing communications: develop integrated SEO/SEM, paid media, content, email, and social strategies; manage product launches, campaigns, external/internal communications, marketing tech stack and reporting; oversee digital marketing associates; support events and commercial selling tools; collaborate cross-functionally and support global initiatives.

Develops and executes integrated digital marketing programs across social media, paid advertising, email, and content to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Manages paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), analyzes performance (GA, GTM), optimizes ROI, oversees influencer/brand ambassador programs, maintains content calendars, and collaborates with internal teams and agencies.

Assists Product Managers with strategic planning, market analysis, product specification, and lifecycle management for the product segment. Supports VOC processes and collaboration with other teams.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing sales in a large territory, meeting quotas, and educating referral sources, with a focus on customer satisfaction and expense management.

The Corporate Counsel offers legal counsel across North American operations, manages litigation, compliance, and contracts, and collaborates with stakeholders to support business objectives while mitigating legal risk.
