Performs bench and line assembly, fabricates parts using machinery and hand tools, follows specifications and work instructions, conducts inspections and documentation, maintains quality and safety compliance, enters production data into JD Edwards, supports Kanban and work-order tracking, performs preventive maintenance, and participates in self-managed team activities.

Lead daily material flow for manufacturing: coordinate picking, kitting, replenishment, and deliveries; train and supervise material handlers; maintain inventory accuracy; support cycle counts and continuous improvement; enforce safety, quality, and C-TPAT compliance to keep production lines supplied and running.

Lead North America legal function focused on litigation, commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment law, compliance, and M&A. Coordinate work order flow from customer service through manufacturing, schedule and track orders in JDE, monitor on-time deliveries and expedites, prepare production documentation, inspect finished products for quality, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.

Own full-cycle SG&A accounting and Canadian P&L/balance sheet; lead two staff accountants; perform budgeting, month-end close, variance analysis, lease accounting, T&E administration, reporting, audits, and process improvement.

Lead North American digital and traditional marketing communications: develop integrated SEO/SEM, paid media, content, email, and social strategies; manage product launches, campaigns, external/internal communications, marketing tech stack and reporting; oversee digital marketing associates; support events and commercial selling tools; collaborate cross-functionally and support global initiatives.

Develops and executes integrated digital marketing programs across social media, paid advertising, email, and content to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Manages paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), analyzes performance (GA, GTM), optimizes ROI, oversees influencer/brand ambassador programs, maintains content calendars, and collaborates with internal teams and agencies.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing sales in a large territory, meeting quotas, and educating referral sources, with a focus on customer satisfaction and expense management.
