Owns FP&A for North American operations, including month-end reporting, variance analysis, pricing and margin analytics, business cases, annual operating plans, long-range forecasts, and executive dashboards. Partners with commercial, manufacturing, operations, and senior leadership teams, tracks strategic initiatives, supports quarterly business reviews, and provides scenario modeling and decision support. The role requires advanced financial modeling, manufacturing and commercial finance experience, and the ability to communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders and private equity partners.

Designs custom products and product improvements, develops manufacturing documentation, selects materials, analyzes loading conditions, and creates cost-effective engineering solutions. Maintains catalogs, websites, databases, configurators, and order forms. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Customer Service while applying FDA and ISO standards.

Performs bench and line assembly, fabricates parts using machinery and hand tools, follows specifications and work instructions, conducts inspections and documentation, maintains quality and safety compliance, enters production data into JD Edwards, supports Kanban and work-order tracking, performs preventive maintenance, and participates in self-managed team activities.

Lead North America legal function focused on litigation, commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment law, compliance, and M&A. Provide practical legal advice to senior leadership, manage outside counsel, support entity matters, build a regional legal team, and coordinate cross-border issues for the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

Coordinate work order flow from customer service through manufacturing, schedule and track orders in JDE, monitor on-time deliveries and expedites, prepare production documentation, inspect finished products for quality, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.

Own full-cycle SG&A accounting and Canadian P&L/balance sheet; lead two staff accountants; perform budgeting, month-end close, variance analysis, lease accounting, T&E administration, reporting, audits, and process improvement.

Lead North American digital and traditional marketing communications: develop integrated SEO/SEM, paid media, content, email, and social strategies; manage product launches, campaigns, external/internal communications, marketing tech stack and reporting; oversee digital marketing associates; support events and commercial selling tools; collaborate cross-functionally and support global initiatives.

Assists Product Managers with strategic planning, market analysis, product specification, and lifecycle management for the product segment. Supports VOC processes and collaboration with other teams.
