Build Made for Movement’s U.S. market presence by developing healthcare relationships, creating clinical demand, conducting product demonstrations and trials, generating commercial opportunities, and establishing reference sites. The role engages clinicians, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, VA facilities, and key opinion leaders while translating market insights into go-to-market recommendations. It requires clinical credibility, commercial understanding, independent execution, pipeline development, structured reporting, and extensive travel throughout the United States.

Perform month-end accounting, reconciliations, and tax-compliance tasks under U.S. GAAP. Own U.S. sales & use and property tax filings, intercompany reconciliations and journal entries (including FX and cash pool/sweep entries), prepaid accounting, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations. Support audits, prepare schedules, perform ad-hoc analysis, and grow responsibilities under senior accountant coaching.

Owns FP&A for North American operations, including month-end reporting, variance analysis, pricing and margin analytics, business cases, annual operating plans, long-range forecasts, and executive dashboards. Partners with commercial, manufacturing, operations, and senior leadership teams, tracks strategic initiatives, supports quarterly business reviews, and provides scenario modeling and decision support. The role requires advanced financial modeling, manufacturing and commercial finance experience, and the ability to communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders and private equity partners.
