Build and deliver scalable software across presentation, business logic, and data layers. Lead technical implementation for Agile projects from discovery through deployment, develop UI and REST integrations, consume third-party APIs, write automated tests, and ensure quality, security, and compliance. Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and support distributed applications using cloud, database, messaging, and CI/CD technologies.

Designs and governs scalable enterprise technology solutions aligned with business strategy, security, compliance, resilience, and regulatory requirements. Leads architecture reviews, technical standards, vendor evaluations, proofs of concept, roadmaps, and integrations across cloud, infrastructure, and applications. Drives Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption, including responsible AI governance, risk assessment, policies, vendor reviews, employee education, and measurement of business value. Partners with business, engineering, security, compliance, legal, risk, and data governance teams.

Provide benefits administration and HR operations support including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits enrollment and compliance. Serve as primary HR contact, back up payroll and recruiting tasks, assist employee engagement activities, coordinate vendor relationships, and support audits and reporting to ensure positive employee experience.
