Serve as the bank's chief legal advisor for banking, fintech/payments, contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Lead a small legal team, manage outside counsel, design legal and governance frameworks (including BaaS and fintech partnerships), advise executives and the Board on risk and regulatory matters (BSA/AML, UCC, fair lending), support product development, and handle regulatory responses and high-risk events like security incidents.

Provide benefits administration and HR operations support including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits enrollment and compliance. Serve as primary HR contact, back up payroll and recruiting tasks, assist employee engagement activities, coordinate vendor relationships, and support audits and reporting to ensure positive employee experience.

Perform daily reconciliations across payment systems and bank accounts for National Products, investigate and resolve discrepancies, support implementations, partner with data and operations teams, maintain reporting accuracy, assist audits, and mentor others on fintech reconciliation processes.
