Own the BeneMoney product lifecycle, including discovery, development, launch, roadmap management, optimization, and operational scaling. Translate customer and market needs into requirements while coordinating engineering, risk, compliance, legal, operations, vendors, and partners. Ensure payment experiences are scalable, compliant, competitive, and supported by domestic payment rails, APIs, and emerging technologies. Monitor KPIs, lead cross-functional alignment, develop product artifacts, and manage fintech vendor relationships.

Maintains loan data, ticklers, collateral records, exceptions, covenants, and credit documentation. Reviews loan files, verifies documentation, updates procedures, exports documents, supports reporting, and researches vendor system enhancements. Collaborates with lenders, credit analysts, portfolio managers, loan operations, and collateral teams. No supervisory responsibilities are included.

Provide benefits administration and HR operations support including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits enrollment and compliance. Serve as primary HR contact, back up payroll and recruiting tasks, assist employee engagement activities, coordinate vendor relationships, and support audits and reporting to ensure positive employee experience.
