Creates installation plans for solar and battery projects, including proposal and site survey verification, AutoCAD plan sets, bills of materials, structural layouts, and electrical designs. The role is entry-level, in-office, and available full-time or part-time.

Design and engineer residential rooftop PV systems using CAD and solar design tools. Conduct site assessments, shading and electrical analysis, produce layouts and schematics, perform cost/ROI estimates, support sales and project teams, ensure code compliance and safety, and update designs during project execution.

Lead and execute risk-based SOX 404 testing and internal audits across financial and operational cycles. Maintain SOX documentation, test ITGCs and application controls across ERP/business systems, apply data analytics for monitoring, identify control gaps, support remediation, coordinate with external auditors, and provide audit input on system implementations to strengthen ICFR.

Drive stagnant or complex residential solar accounts from point of sale to installation readiness by investigating issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with customers, documenting activity in Salesforce and Enerflo, identifying process gaps, and escalating systemic risks to leadership to shorten timelines and increase ready-to-schedule volume.

Provide in-house legal support to the CLO and leadership: draft and negotiate contracts, manage litigation and disputes, identify and mitigate legal risks, liaise with external counsel, investors and regulators, and develop internal policies. Advise across transactional, regulatory, securities, employment, IP, consumer finance, and construction matters for a consumer-facing renewable energy company.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including complex journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, SEC reporting support, SOX controls, audit preparation, and process improvement while mentoring staff.

Support enterprise FP&A: lead planning, forecasting, modeling, executive and Board reporting, variance analysis, and process automation. Partner with Accounting, Treasury, IR, and business leaders to deliver insights, support AOP/rolling forecasts, cash forecasting, and strategic capital allocation.
