Build and maintain credit analytics infrastructure, including reporting, investor and performance data refreshes, automated Python pipelines, and data quality documentation. Conduct credit research and ad hoc analysis for Credit, Finance, Underwriting, Capital Markets, and Product teams. Translate complex findings into defensible business recommendations and ensure credit and loan performance data remains accurate, documented, and reliable.

The Director of Business Development will build and own an East Coast contractor pipeline, prospecting home improvement businesses and acquiring strategic partners. Responsibilities include managing opportunities from outreach through onboarding, presenting lending products, maintaining CRM forecasts, gathering market intelligence, representing the company at industry events, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The role requires strong home services relationships, a proven business development track record, and travel of up to 50%.

Manages daily financial operations supporting loan funding, disbursements, payments, loan pool administration, partner coordination, and operational issue resolution. Collaborates with accounting, capital markets, credit, legal, compliance, sales, and relationship teams.
