The IT Business Analyst gathers and documents business requirements, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications. The role partners with stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, business sponsors, and Compliance to deliver technology projects. Responsibilities include identifying AI and automation opportunities, defining AI-agent requirements, supporting testing, leading UAT and sign-off, documenting deployment plans, and measuring post-deployment results. The position requires Salesforce expertise, familiarity with APIs and data formats, and at least five years of IT business analysis experience.

Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes and use cases, identify AI and automation opportunities, and create functional specifications. Collaborates with architects, developers, QA, Compliance, and business sponsors throughout delivery. Leads test scenario development, UAT, sign-off, deployment planning, and post-deployment measurement. The role requires Salesforce and Force.com familiarity, understanding of APIs and data formats, and at least five years of IT business analysis experience.

Build and maintain credit analytics infrastructure, including reporting, investor and performance data refreshes, automated Python pipelines, and data quality documentation. Conduct credit research and ad hoc analysis for Credit, Finance, Underwriting, Capital Markets, and Product teams. Translate complex findings into defensible business recommendations and ensure credit and loan performance data remains accurate, documented, and reliable.
